Position Overview The Floor Care and Special Projects Specialist is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard flooring surfaces to the standards set by the company, along with other special cleaning projects as window cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

- Show a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members, and work well as part of a team.

- Perform hard floor maintenance, including burnishing and polishing, scrubbing and stripping, and waxing and sealing.

- Perform carpet care, including spot treatment, carpet extraction, drying procedures, and stain removal.

- Follow established guidelines to meet quality, safety, and customer expectations on every job.

- Proper application of cleaning solutions, following all safety rules.

- Check and maintain all machines and equipment before use. Report any faults to your supervisor right away.





- Submit photo documentation after completing each job.

- Take care of the company vehicle — plug it in during winter, keep it clean, and treat it as your own.

- Wear a clean, neat uniform and represent White Spot professionally at all times.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Comfortable operating floor care equipment: auto-scrubbers, burnishers, floor machines, carpet extractors, and wet vacuums; willing to learn new equipment as needed.

- Versatile availability — schedule varies by project and may include evenings or weekends.

- Valid driver's license and a good driving record (driver's abstract required).

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
