About the Role

As a Counter Team Member, you’ll interact with customers, prepare fresh menu items, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently. You’ll report to the Manager and have the autonomy to make decisions that enhance the guest experience. Your goal is simple: leave every customer better off than when they walked in.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at the counter
- Prepare salads and menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Complete transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas
- Follow proper food handling practices to ensure quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and management




- Develop thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Uphold Fork and Greens’ uniform, hygiene, and professional standards

What We’re Looking For

- Previous food handling, knife skills and customer service experience (mandatory)
- Food Safety Certification required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for food, healthy living, and creating great guest experiences
