Come join our team at The Rockton Worlds Fair in Rockton, Ontario!

We are looking for energetic Food & Beverage staff to join the team to deliver an excellent guest experience for the 4 days of The Rockton Worlds Fair.

Rockton Worlds Fair is located 10min outside of Cambridge Ontario, about 25min from Hamilton.

Must be available all 4 days of the fair. Must be available on weekends. Only those available for all days will be hired. Must have own transportation, public transit to the grounds does not exist.

Part time and full time hours available. Shifts range from 8hr to full days*. Must be available all 4 days. Longer shifts are encouraged.

Additional hours available during setup days Mon Oct 2 - Thurs Oct 5 (general labour + cleaning)

Duties Include

- Cooks / Fry
- Cashier
- Prep

Responsibilities
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Previous experience with deep fryers not required but preferred
- Must work well in fast pace environment
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

- Must have reliable vehicle to Rockton Fairgrounds each day, transit will not work
- ON Food Handlers Safety Certificate (can provide link to take this course online,



fairly straight forward)
- MUST be available to work for all 4 days of the The Fair.
- Complete and comply with all required training and policies, including Covid-19 safety specific items.
- MUST be able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay starting a minimum wage. Include a copy of your resume, a little bit about yourself, and your availability for each day of the fair. Open availability + eagerness to work is highly preferred. Previous experience is an asset but not needed. Incomplete emails will be ignored. Be as specific as possible. EOE.

Job Types: Part-time, Full time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
