We’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to help build the technical infrastructure behind that engine. As one of the earliest hires at RestoReach, you’ll have significant ownership over how our AI-powered GTM infrastructure is built from the ground up.
What You’ll Own
Data & Prospecting Systems:
- Contact data sourcing, enrichment & validation
- ICP qualification and scoring
- Territory and segment creation
- Signal-based prospect identification
- Deduplication and data hygiene
GTM Infrastructure Automation
You’ll build workflows between platforms such as...
- HubSpot / Salesforce
- Smartlead / Instantly
- LinkedIn / Sales Navigator / Valley / HeyReach
- Instagram / Meta / Ads Manager
- Internal databases
- AI models and APIs (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, etc)
Includes developing outreach personalization workflows by analyzing company websites, job postings, tech stacks, restaurant footprints, industry signals, social activity, recent news, etc. Experimentation, Measurement & Optimization:
- Lead scoring models & attribution systems
- New data providers
- Lead capture landing pages
- Automated campaign QA
... and connecting activity to key outcomes:
Contacts Reached → Replies → Qualified Meetings
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is unusually comfortable operating across both technical and commercial problems:
- You have 2–3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or RevOps in AI-native environments where you were responsible for building and improving GTM systems.
- You are comfortable working independently across APIs, integrations, databases, CRM, automation platforms, and AI workflows, and you enjoy solving ambiguous problems with no existing solution.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Smartlead, Linkedin, Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Valley, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n.
- Previous experience working in restaurant technology, restaurant services, or restaurants themselves is a major bonus.
