In this role, you will assess and support patients using evidence-based practices, providing coordinated nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team. Key Responsibilities: • Assess and manage clients’ mental health care needs • Create rehabilitative care plans with interdisciplinary teams • Deliver group and supportive counselling sessions • Provide training on life skills relevant to recovery • Advocate for clients' rights and wellbeing

Requirements: • Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing • One-year recent mental health experience preferred • Current registration with BCCNM • Understanding of recovery-oriented approaches • Robust written and verbal communication skills
