ScalePros Media is looking for a creative freelance videographer to film business videos, social media reels and advertising content across Hamilton and nearby areas.

We need someone who can read a script, understand its purpose and plan compelling visuals. You should bring ideas to the shoot, choose effective angles and camera movements, and help presenters feel comfortable on camera.

What you’ll do

- Turn scripts into practical shot plans with engaging opening visuals.
- Film indoor and outdoor business content.
- Capture clear dialogue, product details, demonstrations and supporting footage.
- Manage camera, lighting and audio setups independently.
- Guide presenters and deliver organized raw footage to our editing team.

What we’re looking for

- A portfolio demonstrating creative camera work and solid visual storytelling.
- Your own suitable camera, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
- Experience adapting to different locations and lighting conditions.
- Professional communication, punctuality and reliable transportation.
- Drone filming capability is an asset; share your equipment, relevant credentials and rates.





ScalePros provides scripts and handles editing. Compensation depends on your portfolio, experience, equipment included and project scope. Preparation, setup, filming, footage delivery and any additional charges will be agreed before booking. Work is assigned per project; hours are not guaranteed.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
