Responsibilities

- Design and deliver interactive, engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards for French language acquisition
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
- Foster a positive classroom setting that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect among students




- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop individualized learning plans and support student success
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring effective time management and organization throughout each lesson

Experience

- Previous classroom teaching experience, preferably with students grades 1 - 8.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies
- Knowledge of math concepts can be an asset for integrated learning approaches
- Proven ability to organize lesson plans, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse student needs
