Scholars of Richmond is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic permanent, part-time high school-level French Teacher to join our team. As a teacher at Scholars, you have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically. We take pride in delivering results that matter to all of our students, and our teachers play a key role in this journey. The successful candidate will be trained on Scholars’ teaching methodology.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

● BC Certified Teacher is preferred but not required

● Candidates currently enrolled in a college or university working towards a degree are encouraged to apply

● Previous experience tutoring or working with younger students is an asset

● Fluency in French as well as excellent English oral and written skills are a must





● A passion to help students reach their potential

● Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail

● Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students

● Must be able to teach other subjects besides French, such as English, Math, and Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology)

● Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week within our hours of operation below:

- Monday - Friday 2:00 - 7:00 pm
- Saturdays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
