We are looking for a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our real estate office and support our agents, clients, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors.
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to agents and management.
- Assist with paperwork, printing, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and general office organization.
- Assist with listings, signs, keys, lockboxes, and other real estate office needs.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, training, and office events.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional office workplace.
- Complete other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative,



reception, customer service, or real estate experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Real estate experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week

Experience

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
