Duties

- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the counter and assist with their food orders
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and give correct change
- Prepare simple food items as needed, following safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including food handling stations and equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and minimize wait times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service,



or restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus for understanding food industry standards
- Effective communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
