What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay starts and ends on a positive note. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting guests during check-in and check-out.
- Managing reservations and providing accurate information about room availability and rates.
- Handling guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and guest information.
