RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests;

- Manage the administrative and service aspects of guest arrivals and departures;

- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and securely enter confidential credit card information into the system;

- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department based on guest needs;

- Follow up efficiently on guest requests and inquiries;

- Provide information about local attractions and regional activities in collaboration with the property's concierge team;





- Work closely with the entire front office team to identify and exceed guest expectations;

- Respond to all guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism;

- Exercise discretion and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Hospitality education, considered an asset;

- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience;

- Knowledge of a hotel management system (Opera Cloud, an asset);

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

- Familiarity with the surrounding area and local tourist attractions;

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;

- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment;

- Creative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving;

- Versatile availability (days, evenings, and weekends);

- Professional appearance;

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
