RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests;

Manage the administrative and service aspects of guest arrivals and departures;

Handle cash transactions, process payments, and securely enter confidential credit card information into the system;

Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department based on guest needs;

Follow up efficiently on guest requests and inquiries;





Provide information about local attractions and regional activities in collaboration with the property's concierge team;

Work closely with the entire front office team to identify and exceed guest expectations;

Respond to all guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism;

Exercise discretion and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS: Hospitality education, considered an asset;

Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience;

Knowledge of a hotel management system (Opera Cloud, an asset);

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

Familiarity with the surrounding area and local tourist attractions;

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative setting;

Creative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving;

Flexible availability (days, evenings, and weekends);

Professional appearance;

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
