Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests satisfied and operations running seamlessly through the night.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation adjustments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises through CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks.




- Support guest services by responding to requests efficiently, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring a comfortable stay.

Requirements

- Proven experience in front desk operations or hotel front office roles is preferred; hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is advantageous.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles demonstrates your ability to excel in this position.
