A public sector client is seeking Senior Full Stack Software Developers to support a large-scale digital modernization initiative. The role focuses on modernizing legacy applications, building scalable web solutions, and developing secure cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular/AngularJS, and JavaScript.

- Develop and integrate secure REST APIs using JWT/OAuth2.

- Modernize legacy .NET Framework, WCF, Windows Services, and Windows Forms applications.

- Build responsive Angular-based web applications and support AngularJS-to-Angular migrations.

- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, indexing, and performance.

- Develop and support Microsoft Azure services including App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, and monitoring.

- Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployments, and release management.

- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure secure, maintainable, and high-quality development.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.

- Contribute to application modernization and migration toward contemporary Azure-based platforms.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Framework.





- Strong experience with REST API development, authentication, authorization, JWT, and OAuth2.

- Strong Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET MVC experience.

- Strong T-SQL and SQL Server development and performance-tuning experience.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub and/or Azure Repos.

- Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as KQL, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, IIS, application logs, and monitoring tools.

- Experience modernizing legacy applications and working with WCF/Web Services, Windows Services, Windows Forms, and IIS.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and secure development practices.

Contract Details

- Contract: 250 business days, with potential extension
