Role Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

- Work in a kitchen preparing, cooking, assembling, and packaging raw, hot, and cold food efficiently.

- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality to your fellow team members and guests.

- Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties.

- Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.

- Manage breaks.





- Complete daily checklists.

- Show support to your team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.

- Back of House Shift Leaders will ensure daily food and quality assessments are completed.

- Demonstrate a willingness learn.

- Train and coach team members with humility and care.

- Attend leadership meetings.

- Respond to guest inquiries.

- Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs.

- Possess the ability to work in a high demand environment while maintaining all above standards.
