Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment,



and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or serving in a restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience will help you succeed in this role
