We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and aesthetics, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services. This role involves performing various skin treatments, promoting skincare products, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional communication and personalized care.

Duties

- Perform medical esthetic treatments including laser hair removal, facials, skin tightening, chemical peels, and more.
- Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering tailored skincare solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic treatment environment.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results.




- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries professionally.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar skincare role within a spa or clinic setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in esthetic procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Previous experience at front desk or guest services roles will be considered an asset.
