Join our vibrant culinary team as a Full-time Pastry Chef/Baker, working Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with skillful cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products
- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring all baked goods meet safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and presentation to ensure products are ready for sale or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods during busy hours




- Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance and product knowledge when needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related food industry role; restaurant experience is highly valued
- Strong skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and general kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods and desserts
- Passion for creating visually stunning and delicious baked products that exceed customer expectations
