We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Site Supervisor to join our security team.

This is a great prospect for a security professional looking to take on a leadership role with a consistent full-time daytime schedule

- Location: Winnipeg, Downtown
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Pay Rate: $17.25/hour

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and provide direction to security personnel
- Conduct regular security and site inspections
- Conduct staff briefings and provide direction on daily duties
- Manage staff breaks and maintain appropriate site coverage
- Respond to incidents and emergencies and take a leadership role when required
- Identify and address safety and security concerns
- Deter and detect unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Provide professional customer service to visitors, staff, contractors, and other individuals on site
- Deal with difficult or challenging individuals in a calm and qualified manner
- Complete incident reports and other required documentation
- Liaise with emergency services and other agencies when required
- Ensure site procedures and security requirements are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
- Previous security experience required; supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain calm and make appropriate decisions during incidents




- Basic computer skills
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Ability to successfully complete all required site-specific training

First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
