Who We Are

Marci’s is a quick-service, gourmet salad restaurant located in beautiful Uptown Saint John. We are passionate about nutritious and flavorful food made from scratch, quality ingredients, the environment, and making a positive impact in our community. We aim to provide quick-service food that is interesting, delicious, and healthy all in one go.

We are always looking for ways to minimize our ecological impact. Our fibreware salad packaging is 100% compostable, and our smoothie cups and other wrapping is plant-based and free of petroleum products.

The Job

Marci’s is looking for a Full Time Team Member at our Uptown Saint John location. This position is best suited for someone energetic, creative, detail oriented, and interested in working with a Company that supports their interest in delicious whole foods, community engagement and sustainability. If you are a self-starter who strongly values collaboration, healthy living, and strives to positively impact people and the environment, then Marci’s is the place for you.

Kitchen/restaurant experience is an asset but not a requirement. Growth into a supervisory position is possible, depending on the candidate's skill set.

A valid Driver's License is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare salad orders




- Interact with customers
- Prepare work station with ingredients
- Participate in the general maintenance of the kitchen/restaurant
- Wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables
- Keep your workstation clean
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Deliver wholesale salad orders as needed using a company vehicle
- All other related tasks

Requirements:
- Teamwork and good communication skills are required
- Kitchen experience an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
