Location: Canada – Remote in Canada
What You Brin g
- Extensive, direct functional experience with Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) or any other Commercial Lending solutions.
- Typically, 5 years or more experience working with financial institutions, having direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing.
- Demonstrated experience with system conversions,
including analyzing and documenting application and system interactions to support and enhance business processes.
- Strong communication skills in an internal and customer-facing environment.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end software implementation, preferably with a software vendor.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Willingness to work in different time schedules to map with Europe/US time zones
