We manage projects from concept to completion and provide our clients with quality craftsmanship, reliable results and exceptional service to our clients.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable General Carpenter to join our team. The initial assignment will be in Moosonee, working a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation with 12-hour workdays. As project needs evolve, the position is expected to transition to regular work in Cochrane.

In this role, you’ll work on a variety of construction and renovation projects, performing a range of carpentry tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred

· Experience in residential, commercial, and/or renovation construction

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

· Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

· Proficient with common carpentry tools and equipment

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

· Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:





· Perform a range of carpentry work, including framing, renovations, finishing, trim, siding, decking, and general construction

· Build and install structural and finish components according to project plans and specifications

· Read and interpret construction drawings to complete work accurately and efficiently

· Plan and organize daily tasks while maintaining productivity and quality

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

· Inspect completed work and identify deficiencies requiring correction

· Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and job-site assets

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and clients

WORK CONDITIONS:

· Full-time, in-person position

· 12-hour workdays during the Moosonee rotation

· Travel and camp-based work required

· Physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and prolonged periods on your feet

· Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
