Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Farm Workers to join our agricultural team. The role involves crop care, harvesting, grading, packing, cleaning and other field and greenhouse duties. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work outdoors, develop hands-on skills, and be part of a thriving agricultural community.

Duties

- Assist with planting, harvesting, weeding and crop maintenance activities using appropriate hand tools and farm machinery
- Grade flower crops into various marketable lots according to colour, size, shape, volume and other parameters
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and infrastructure, such as weed barriers, row markers, and irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning across fields
- Lift heavy loads safely during various tasks to support overall farm operations

Requirements

- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Available for early morning and day shifts
- Must be authorized to work in Canada




- Must be able to see colour to distinguish subtle differences while grading and have the use of both hands for operating machinery and lifting farm products
- Physically able to lift up 50 lbs, stand, bend, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills for repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Working outdoors and in greenhouses in varying weather conditions
- Performing repetitive tasks

- Bending, crouching, and kneeling for long periods of tim
- Working in a fast-paced agricultural workplace

Pay: $18.25 per hour
