We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and site operations. Responsibilities
- Complete Snow removal with required equipment, by contracted time
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Perform site cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Transport materials and tools across different locations within the site
- Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and authorized
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
