JOB SUMMARY
Hog Slat Holdings Inc is seeking a General Labourer with experience in the repair/replacement of hog and poultry equipment for swine and poultry barn projects.
Hog Slat, Inc is the world's largest provider of production solutions for today's poultry and hog producers. Our sales team works with local producers to sell turn-key, retrofit, and remodel barn construction projects. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for the installation and service of equipment in hog and poultry facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
- Maintain installation and service schedule
- Responsible for the install and service of equipment into building
- Promote job site safety
- Adhere to biosecurity protocol for farm sites
- Perform duties in a way that promotes Hog Slat as the preferred supplier
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Fork lift experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
- Knowledge of the modern hog and poultry industry
- Must have a solid work history
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS The most qualified candidate will have the following personal characteristics:
