Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding tools, fetching supplies, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing debris, sweeping work zones, or minor repairs




- Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free environment
- Follow instructions precisely to support project timelines and quality standards

Skills

- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety procedures consistently and attentively
- Good communication skills for explicit coordination with team members
- Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus
