Le travail

L’Employé est responsable de gérer, de diriger et de superviser l’ensemble de l’exploitation du restaurant. Les fonctions et responsabilités de l’Employé comprennent notamment, sans s’y limiter, ce qui suit :

Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer l’ensemble de l’exploitation du restaurant.

Établir et mettre en œuvre des politiques, des procédures et des normes d’exploitation pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace du restaurant.

Diriger et superviser les activités quotidiennes du restaurant et veiller à ce que l’exploitation soit menée de façon efficace et conformément aux normes établies de l’entreprise.

Élaborer et mettre en place les horaires de travail, attribuer les responsabilités et coordonner les besoins en personnel selon les besoins opérationnels et d’affaires.

Gérer, superviser et évaluer le personnel et les gestionnaires du restaurant, notamment en fournissant orientation, formation, accompagnement et rétroaction sur le rendement.

Participer au recrutement, à la sélection, à l’embauche, à la formation, à la promotion et au congédiement des employés, selon ce qui est approprié et dans les limites du pouvoir conféré par l’Employeur.

Établir des objectifs de rendement et suivre le rendement des employés et de la direction afin de maintenir les normes d’exploitation.

Analyser les ventes du restaurant, les coûts de main-d’œuvre, les coûts des aliments, les frais d’exploitation, la productivité et d’autres indicateurs financiers et opérationnels.

En tant que gérant général, il vous incombe de créer une culture du respect en milieu de travail tout en faisant croître les ventes du restaurant et le nombre de clients rentable. Vous devrez donc vous assurer que les normes critiques de McDonald’s en matière de qualité, de service et de propreté sont respectées grâce à des employés passionnés par les clients. Le gérant général est un modèle des comportements exemplaires en matière de gestion du personnel et de l’expérience-client.

The jobThe Employee is responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant. The Employee's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant.Establish and implement operational policies, procedures and standards to ensure the effective operation of the restaurant.Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant and ensure that operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established company standards.Develop and implement work schedules, assign responsibilities and coordinate staffing requirements according to business and operational needs.Manage, supervise and evaluate restaurant staff and managers, including providing direction, training, coaching and performance feedback.Participate in the recruitment, selection, hiring, training, promotion and termination of employees, as appropriate and within the Employer's authority.Establish performance objectives and monitor employee and management performance to ensure operational standards are maintained.Analyze restaurant sales, labour costs, food costs, operating expenses, productivity and other financial and operational indicators.Prepare,



review and analyze operational and financial reports, and implement corrective measures when necessary.Manage purchasing, inventory, supplies, equipment and other resources required for restaurant operations.Monitor inventory levels, control food and supply costs, and implement measures to minimize waste and operating expenses.Ensure that food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness and customer service standards are consistently maintained.Establish and maintain procedures for quality control, food safety, occupational health and safety, and compliance with applicable legislation.Address customer complaints and operational concerns, and take appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction.Coordinate and oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant, and ensure that appropriate management coverage is maintained.Communicate with the Employer and provide recommendations regarding staffing, operational performance, sales, costs, equipment, maintenance and other business matters.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, service providers and other external parties as required for the effective operation of the restaurant.Monitor the condition and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities, and coordinate repairs or maintenance when required.Implement company programs, policies, marketing initiatives, promotions and operational standards.Make operational decisions within the authority delegated by the Employer.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, food safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.Perform other managerial duties reasonably related to the position and necessary for the effective management and operation of the restaurant.
