AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in our long-term care communities across Ontario. You will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and support the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
You will collaborate with physicians and health care colleagues, mentor Personal Support Workers, participate in shift handovers, and help shape care procedures in the unit.
