Looking for an Individual with a minimum of 5 years experience working with Glass/Sealed units in a lead hand/supervisor position.

/Experience:

- Ability to operate CNC glass cutter within the safety parameters.
- Ability to be a hands on Supervisor to supervise and schedule the work for the sealed unit assembly line.
- Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications
- Comply with corporate safety policy, individual must be extremely safety conscious (wearing safety shoes, glasses, as required for position)
- Basic math, measurement skills are required for this position and are able to read production paperwork.

Qualities & Aptitudes:

- English, speaking and writing - able to follow oral and written instructions
- Capacity to solve problems using valuable judgment
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Compensation:

- Starting rate will depend on experience and capacity
- Annual reviews with potential raises depending on performance

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
