GLASS LINE ASSEMBLY

Preparation of Material Cut glass and spacers to required size / shape as required

Etch and clean glass panes

Attach grills as requried

Smooth rough edges as required Glass Design Assembly Place glass and assembly components on appropriate table frame/jig

Layout glass and assembly components as per design

Insert lead beam trim between pieces

Solder trim

Assemble glass design Clean assembled glass design Glass Insert Assembly Ensure glass pane is cleaned

Place glass pane and frame onto cart

Clean and insert glass design or wrought iron into frame

Insert second frame and glass pane, place clamps to hold glass in place as required

Apply sealant to outside frame and allow to time to dry Quality Control Inspections Use measuring tape to ensure product meets customer/company requirements

Inspect product for proper surface finish / defects

Ensure product meets customer and company specifications

Advise Lead Hand of any quality issues / defects Perform adjustments / repairs where required
