Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Glaziers and Assistant Glaziers to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial installations. As part of our crew, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional glass solutions while honing your skills in construction and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, and install glass panels for various projects such as showers, windows, and doors using hand tools and construction equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installations
- Prepare work sites by handling drywall, framing, or other structural components as needed for glass installation
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and durability of installed glass units
- Assist with restoration projects by removing old or damaged glass and preparing surfaces for new installations




- Support the team with tasks like construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, welding, or carpentry as required for project completion
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials

Qualifications

- Experience with hand tools, construction practices, or related trades is highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, and general construction procedures
- Familiarity with restoration processes or construction painting is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills related to glazing and construction projects
- Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday

Pay: $21.24-$38.76 per hour
