Creative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a Product Developer to lead end-to-end sourcing across designated product categories. You will work with our internal China and Korea teams to identify suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure quality meets client requirements.

You will collaborate with PM & Sales to understand pricing targets, requirements, and timelines, shaping product visions aligned with IBG Lab’s capabilities and commercial goals.
