Join the Government of Nunavut as a Training & Development Consultant in Iqaluit. You will play a key role in enhancing training programs that support workforce development. This position reports to the Manager of Headquarters Training and Development with a focus on developing and assessing effective training strategies for GN departments.

You will utilize your expertise to guide managers in attracting and retaining talent while managing training resources. A recognized degree and relevant experience are required. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement training programs across departments
- Promote training initiatives and leadership programs
- Provide expert advice on human resource development
- Supervise casual staff and mentor trainees
- Control financial resources for program support Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields
- At least two years of relevant development experience
- Robust knowledge of Inuit communities
- Bilingualism is advantageous
