We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting.

Multilingual abilities and hotel experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and documentation




- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
- Support other front desk duties as required to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service best practices
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a hospitality environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Bilingual would be an asset
