Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming first impression of the resort
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Answer incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about amenities, activities, and policies
- Assist guests with inquiries in multiple languages or bilingual communication as needed to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly
- Maintain a clean,



organized front desk area while adhering to hotel etiquette standards and safety protocols

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided for those new to the industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of guest services best practices within a hospitality setting
- Friendly demeanor with a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a dynamic resort workplace
