Role: GWS Migration Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Location: Toronto, Canada – Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Google Workspace Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Workspace administration, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange. The role will focus on L1/L2 escalations and user support during and after large-scale migration programs.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace / G Suite
- Google Admin Console administration and user support
- Strong expertise in Gmail and Google Calendar
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook user-facing support
- Experience with Exchange On-Premises
- Robust understanding of mail flow, email delivery, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Google Workspace / Microsoft migration projects
- Troubleshooting Outlook and Google Calendar synchronization issues
- Experience handling L1/L2 escalations
- User access, permissions, account and identity-related support




- Experience with mobile and workstation configuration/support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Google APIs, or REST APIs
- Experience integrating third-party/internal applications with Microsoft or Google platforms

Good to Have
- ITIL / Service Management experience
- Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 collaboration applications
- Technical documentation / knowledge base creation
- Change management and user adoption support
- Experience with ticketing and incident management tools

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on support and migration professional, not just a Google Workspace administrator. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting Gmail, GCal, Outlook, Exchange, mail flow, calendar synchronization, integrations, and user-facing migration issues.
