Join our luxury Korean hair salon team as a Hair Salon Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for clients and support our talented stylists. As a key team member, you will assist with daily operations, ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained, and help drive retail sales through friendly engagement with clients.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in at the front desk to ensure a smooth salon flow
- Support stylists by preparing workstations, organizing tools, and assisting with hair styling tasks under supervision
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon, including cleaning stations and tools after each use
- Assist stylists during colouring, cutting, perming, and other hair services as directed
- Prepare clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, drying, and other basic salon preparations




- Assist with appointment scheduling and managing the salon’s daily calendar to optimize client flow
- Process client payments accurately

Qualifications

- Fluent in both Korean and English, spoken and written
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards diligently in accordance with health regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred
