Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized station following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service, personalized consultations, and professional communication.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of clients throughout the day.




- Promote salon services and retail offerings through effective communication and friendly engagement.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences, service history, and treatment plans for personalized care.

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and creativity.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs and preferences.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, client records, and daily station upkeep.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage clients confidently.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, helping you maximize revenue opportunities within the salon environment.
