Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their style.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and handling payments.




- Upsell retail products confidently to boost sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, qualified atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, or related cosmetology fields.
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while prioritizing client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is a plus.
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations.
