Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering professional advice on hair care and styling options
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable hair products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills, ensuring a personalized experience that encourages repeat visits
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques,



and products to continually elevate your styling expertise
