Required Qualifications:

- Fireman's Certificate is mandatory
- Preference will be extended to present members of staff who have demonstrated the following abilities/qualities while employed by the School Division:
- Knowledge and experience in chemical treatment programs
- Knowledge and experience with tests to be performed inthe monitoring of a boiler system
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capacity to recognizefacility needs and respond accordingly
- Ability to get along with and communicate with a wide range of people
- Superior cleaning skills
- Superior planning skills
- Leadership in assigningand completing caretaker duties
- Repair and maintenance skills of caretaking equipment

- Successful caretaking experience

- Salary range: $27.33 - $31.80 per hour
