You'll assist users at the elbow, ensuring they can effectively navigate Epic's functionalities. While prior experience is preferred, a background in volunteerism or customer service equips you to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist staff with in-person Epic navigation support
- Document user queries and escalate as necessary
- Promote the use of job aids and other training materials
- Facilitate communication of concerns to project teams
- Support go-live operations and site readiness Requirements:
- Enrollment in a post-secondary health program

- Basic computer skills and a readiness to learn
