Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll play a key role in protecting our employees, drivers, and operators. Strengthening our safety culture, managing claims, and developing programs that make a meaningful difference across our organization.

Your work will directly impact employees, drivers, and operators' well‑being,



regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational success.

Who You Are You are a relationship builder who can confidently work with executives, managers, frontline staff, drivers, operators, regulatory agencies, legal representatives, insurers, and external partners.

Solving problems

Investigating incidents/accidents and identifying root causes

Leading training and development initiatives

Developing systems, policies, and procedures

Coaching leaders and influencing positive change

You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head‑on while keeping people at the center of every decision.

You have experience maintaining and supporting COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification, including audit preparation, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
