Shape the safety and operational efficiency at GS1 Canada as the Health & Safety and Facilities Manager in Toronto. This full-time role requires active management of both workplace experience and compliance initiatives. In this integral position, you will take charge of the Toronto office's operational leadership while also supporting the Montreal facility.

Your focus will center on creating a secure, engaging, and organized workplace that aligns with GS1 Canada’s cultural priorities. Collaborate with key departments to drive improvements and ensure Health & Safety regulations are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee safety and operational readiness at the Toronto office
- Partner with HR and IT for an exemplary onboarding experience




- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors
- Lead employee experience initiatives and feedback collection
- Coordinate Health & Safety committee meetings and training Requirements:
- 5+ years in office or facilities management
- Relevant degree in a related field
- Certification as a Health & Safety representative preferred
- Experience in vendor and contract negotiations
