Heavy/Agriculture Equipment Technician at our

Mount Forest, ON location.

Your expertise keeps their operations running smoothly and efficiently. Whether you’re in the shop or out in the field, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment — and to do it right.

What You’ll Be Doing Every day brings something different, but in this role you’ll:

Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment in a shop environment

Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency

Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at its best

Test, adjust, and rebuild components (engines, PTOs, axles, and more)

Weld and fabricate parts when needed

Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and solutions

Create accurate repair quotes and maintain detailed service records

Keep your workspace, tools, and company vehicles in top shape

Continue learning through manufacturer training and certifications

What You Bring You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys figuring out how things work — and how to fix them when they don’t.

Experience working with heavy or agricultural equipment





Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Clear communication and a customer‑first mindset

Comfortable working with both mechanical and electronic systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

Required

Diploma or Certificate in Heavy Equipment or Agriculture Equipment Technician (or equivalent experience)

Valid G Driver’s License
