Theoden Group of Companies, a leading construction group based in Acheson, Alberta, Canada, is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. This position is based in Edmonton, Ab. This is a project-based position, with a 6 Day on -1 day off rotation schedule.

Positions Needed: Dozer, Hoe (GPS) Operators

This position will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

Duties Include

- Operate Heavy Equipment as it applies to ditching, sloping, grading, reclamation, stripping, clean-up etc. along with the ability to read grade stakes.
- Experience with Steep Inclines and congested areas
- Follow directions from Foreman/Supervisor
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and productive manner.
- Carry out minor maintenance and inspection for equipment and reporting any deficiencies.
- Knowledge of earthworks, road building, road construction, reclamation etc.




- Ability to work as a team and take direction.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Possess 2+ year’s experience
- Slope Experience
- Capable of physical Labour
- Must pass a competency assessment on specified equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Able to pass a Background Check
