Position Title: Heavy Lifter- General Laborer

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Work Location: 7510 Bren Road, Mississauga, L4T 4H1

Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm-12:10am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Heavy Lifter General Laborer to support daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficient handling of electronic waste, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload, tag, and sort both palletized and bulk shipments of electronic waste (e.g., TVs, monitors, computers).
- Disassemble electronic equipment safely and efficiently using hand tools and air-powered tools.
- Identify and sort components into appropriate material streams following disassembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the removal of packaging materials.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager in a timely manner.
- Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality,



and adherence to safety and security standards.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health & safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and repetitive movement.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is considered an asset.
