Interior Health Authority in Lillooet, BC is seeking an experienced Community Health Worker to join Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre. You will work with a team of nurses and LPNs to support Community Clients’ independence and home-based care.

The role covers personal care, daily living support, meal prep and home safety, contributing to the home health care plan for each client. Permanent part time with day/evening shifts.
