Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservation requests and general questions
- Coordinate with the serving staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area




- Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods to enhance overall guest experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to address guest inquiries professionally
- Experience with hotel or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
